Angst Of True Love © Surazeus 2024 05 03 Strange voices in dark forests of blind ghosts call out to me across ten thousand miles, so I climb over jagged mountain range to find deep vale of skulls where I was born, then float with birds on wings of angry faith, buoyed by psychotic angst of true love. With breathless voice of eerie solitude she sings alone by river of blind fish from secret passion of the falling leaf that seeks its own way in the swirling world, yet still I feel her deep inside my heart cry out with cynical angst of true love. Soft bodies of the innocent float high on billowed blast of flame in holy book from which writhe demons of ten thousand eyes which see mind-wrenching visions of despair and feed on horror bleeding from my mind in tune with arrogant angst of true love. Ten thousand lizards running on two legs swarm naked valley of our singing skulls to gnaw our sponge brains with abhorrent teeth while I stand shrieking on rock of my heart, determined to survive their fierce onslaught and wake from venomous angst of true love. With calloused hands of bittersweet intent I grip bright flame of sorrow in hot sand to swing sharp blade of petulant contempt that slashes spiteful demons of my rage till every one lies bleeding at my feet, crushed by my vindictive angst of true love. With brave compassion of cynical faith I still fight ancient ten-thousand-year war when apes rebelled against the serpent king, lead by Uranus bearing wand of truth, to slaughter lizards deep in jeweled caves, fueled by virulent angst of true love. Vehement mission of my warrior creed programs how I perceive this modern world of bold dictators running nation-states in global chess game to control the mind, basing right to rule on religious myths coded by acerbic angst of true love. I throw ten thousand crowns of jeweled pride in hot volcanic pit of sulfurous flames to melt their magic rings of social power in vain hope to disperse their greedy souls that still incarnate in new gang of thieves, driven by embittered angst of true love.
