Atonal vibes of social interactions 
confound my radar sensibilities 
with cross-cultural assumptions of truth 
designed to mitigate with torrid code 
misunderstandings through intense emotion 
contrived to bond our frozen hearts with love. 

Juturna sits beside the bubbling well 
each dawn to guard the vital source of life 
against vandalous gangs of greedy thieves, 
preserving fountain of nutritious hope 
for every person to acquire fair share 
so their growing community may thrive. 

Her small lithe son, curly-haired Faunus, plays 
with carefree joy around the fountain rim, 
molding mud into homes with garden walls 
where little people of sticks bound with roots 
dwell safe in haven of communal charm 
against invading gangs with spears of greed. 

This sweet idyllic scene of pastoral peace, 
set in pre-urban hills of Latium 
before Romulus built first walls of wood, 
forever shimmers in my morning dreams 
with blissful glow of timeless synergy, 
Juturna with gold hair and silver eyes. 

Juturna strums the Lyre of Mercury 
and softly sings harmonious hymns of hope 
while women with their daughters bearing jars 
wait in line for water of the well 
that bubbles from sacred heart of the world, 
as breeze of Zephyrus plays with their hair. 

How can I reconcile this memory 
of timeless beauty in Pomerium, 
where children run among lush apple trees 
and sing spells with starlings, thrushes, and sparrows 
in tunes that augur omens of good fortune, 
with global empire of machines today? 

From peaceful Garden of Pomerium 
at heart of our pastoral community 
we are expanding world empire of Rome 
to enclose within Rule of Jupiter 
Gothinia, Russia, and Zarathia, 
which transform into Anglonesia now. 

Though peoples of these lands contest for power 
in fractious passions of national pride, 
wise Jupiter Leo in the Vatican 
bears Wand of Zambor with Diamond of Truth 
to light our signless road of stoic faith 
as we progress in quest for Wonderland.
