Unwinding clocks of irrelevant time
to find sacred treasure of the blind Sibyl,
Brennus leads fierce army of Gaulish wolves
across narrow pass of Thermopylae,
and climbs winding pathway to haunted Delphi
where daughter of Apollo floats in mist.

Crouching with tense caution in silent grove
of ancient oaks with long black twisted limbs,
Brennus holds sword carved with Odinic spells
before him as he moves toward the round temple
where young woman in white diaphanous gown
floats meditating under its domed roof.

Gazing in awe at her moon-shining face,
Brennus stands entranced by her gold owl eyes
when she gestures hand seals in complex signs
casting spell of enchantment on his heart
with slowly swirling rays of energy
that draw him into her gentle embrace.

Enchanted by strange beauty of her eyes
that flicker with visions of his triumph
where he rules the world with scepter of power,
Brennus makes love with the blind Sibyl Phoebe
who generates new child from his soul seed,
so he lies exhausted and gasps for breath.

"After great Alexander on his horse
united the world with scepter of power,"
Brennus rambles while caressing her cheeks,
"we restless children of Galatia
swarmed through Carpathia in wagon trains,
yearning for lush fruit valleys of the south."

"Though defeated in Macedonia,
I lead my people through Illyria,"
Brennus boasts while eating meals she prepares,
"where we fought our way to this holy hill
where Apollo blesses me with his aura,
and chooses me to play his divine role."

Delicate girl Phoebe with long gold hair
pushes Brennus on his back with soft kiss,
mounts him so he groans with sweet ache of love,
then, just as he fills her womb with his spirit,
she thrusts short blade into his beating heart,
and drinks gushing fountain of his hot blood.

After birthing his son she names Belenus,
Phoebe journeys to town of Aquileia
where she presents young man with golden hair
and eyes gold as the sun shining on wheat
as son of Apollo, God of the Sun,
who brings salvation with his healing powers.

  1. Orpheus plays lyre of Mercury at temple in Aquileia as the shining sun god Belenus, grandson of Apollo, heals people with medicine and massage.
