as Apollo stands on Earth with open eye
lured by pure light of her charming smile
to build a rocket ship with wings of flame.

Apollo slides in capsule on rocket head
with Mars and Vulcan strapped in seats
to grasp steering scepter of Mercury tight
as they soar in heaven on wings of flame.

shuddering as it streaks across blue sky
and pierces bubble of our spirit atmosphere
