Wavering Flash Of Energy © Surazeus 2024 11 11 After I die and vanish from this world my soul of conscious awareness will not remain as wavering flash of energy humming along rivers among the trees down to the swirling sea where I was born from frantic hope of chemicals in gloom. Though darkness of infinity in death lurks among trees along the river shore, I move with urgent passion of my heart, sparked by prime mover of the universe, to explore objects formed from chemicals as subject who creates dream of the real. I step ten thousand times in the same river, though pulse of molecules forming my body and flow of water carving banks of dirt change every moment of continual motion, so I measure current of flashing glow to drive my wagon toward the Promised Land. When God dies after ninety billion years we lay his perfect body in glass coffin to preserve persona our minds create like Snow White waiting for our kiss of faith to resurrect his spirit in our songs as we stand in cathedral of his bones. If spectral shadow of my being appears long after my body crumbles to dust, and no one searching can find my bones, look for my spirit in words of my songs which I compose from visions in the cave presenting archetypes of mortal beings. Apollo strumming lyre of Mercury sits on the Stone of Scone in mountain cave, performing divine music of the spheres, while humans build metropolitan maze centered around huge statue of his being, so he sings at heart of our world empire. After Orpheus fails to retrieve soul of Eurydice from the underworld, he wanders disconsolate by the river, strumming lyre of Mercury to lament that we cannot bring the dead back to life, till he sees Ophelia almost drowned. Bearing Ophelia in tender arms, Orpheus breathes life back into her heart, so they tend garden of fruit trees and herbs, sharing tales of sorrow till their love blooms as child who plays joyfully at their feet then weeps as he buries them in the Earth.
