Worship God Machines © Surazeus 2024 08 01 With languid nonchalance of howling trees children and cats lounge in foul factory breeze though pines and cement smokestacks will compete for who wears crown of thorns in smoggy sleet, so cars transform into corporate robots who brew herb wine in iridescent pots. Tomorrow creeps on convalescent feet with bitter eagerness of faith to meet Death walking with us on long winding road to crumbling temple of our psychic toad whose eyes of flashing television screens entrance our minds to worship god machines. If scarlet dragon writhing from tin car considers theory of the mindless star, we could advance beyond this dream stalemate to help our mothers cook against grim fate who send us to gather eggs in the woods while humble wolves haunt secret neighborhoods. Yet ribboned missile of silk molecules, designed from seeds of arbitrary rules, assassinates bearded wizard of peace who sons return with the Golden Fleece, because Minerva, wearing gown of flags, bears torch of freedom in parade of stags. Arriving back on Earth on wings of flame, Minerva wields Sword of Justice to tame aggressive horde of vikings in blue jeans as her beauty dominates campaign scenes in tragic comedy of our state play when we all vote for world democracy. Through every open door of honesty we run with hope beyond eternity but tumble wingless from celestial tower in constant revolution to gain power when good and evil swirl in human hearts, which realigns old political charts. Sailing wild ocean waves in fragile boat, I escape tyranny for right to vote, but tyrants wielding weapons of cruel death charge taxes to monopolize our breath, so we paint walls of temples white with faith in fair justice enforced by the star wraith. Because our vision of this noble land crumbles to puzzles in my grasping hand, I redesign how I perceive the world to match prophecies of the cosmic herald who explains to me that beauty is truth, as foretold by the blind messiah sleuth.
