Find My Soul Mate

Find My Soul Mate

When scarlet mushrooms blossom from my brain
I realize animating human souls
are not finite in number of their being
for every body of organic juice
conjures from nothing its own conscious mind
who will sing as long as the red Earth rolls.

Our conscious souls blossom from neural cells
programmed by memories our ancestors lived
that wake four-hundred-million-year-old souls
each time our mother molds body of flesh
from egg of hope sparked by sperm of desire
so we transform from fish to wingless angel.

When I become aware of my new self,
reborn from incarnations of my soul,
sprung from head of my father fully grown,
I breathe deep spirit of the silver sky,
then go forth on the signless road of hope
to find soul mate and generate new soul.

Experience of survival I retain,
while navigating landscape of this world
to access records of ancestral dreams,
inspires weird song I spell with humming words
that projects vision of future events
when I name myself with free will of fate.

So, when I signify my special soul,
awake from supernatural glow of faith,
with sacred name defining who I am,
I see before my feet the golden way
that guides my journey to the Promised Land
to find my soul mate in garden of fruit.

Entranced by beauty of their shining eyes
that lure me into shadow of their arms,
I open my heart to promise of love
till rival to my role in our romance
attacks me with intent to claim my place,
so we battle till I drive them away.

Embraced with passionate pleasure of being
alive with memories of ancestral lives,
we replay ancient story of romance
to generate new bodies for our souls
so they may live as we decay to death
when we teach them how to generate life.

Forever blooming new bodies of flesh
through reincarnation of sperm and egg,
immortal soul of genes is born again
each time we find the soul mate of our heart
so Wind-Flame and Earth-Water wakes from dream
and designs its name in song of its fate.
